Engagement Photos at Zion National Park

Bailey and Cameron traveled to Utah and took their engagement photos at Zion National Park in June. Zion was the last location on their multi-day summer round trip throughout Southern Utah and Arizona. They rented a camper van and visited multiple parks, such as the Grand Canyon, Moab/Arches, and Bryce Canyon.

Pa’rus Trail Photos

I met up with Bailey and Cameron at the Zion Visitor’s Center. From there, we walked along the Pa’Rus trail a short distance for photos with the red cliffs of Zion in the background. The Virgin River runs right beside the Pa’Rus trail and has lots of great tree coverage along the banks, so it’s a beautiful location with a peaceful vibe!

Photos at Zion Canyon Overlook Trail

After taking photos along the Pa’Rus trail, we made the drive up to the Zion Canyon Overlook trail. This is one of the locations in the park that you can drive to because the shuttles don’t go up the canyon to this spot. The Zion Canyon Overlook is one of my favorite locations in the park! After a short half-mile hike, you get some of the most epic views of Zion.

Don’t underestimate a half-mile hike! Bring water! I always recommend wearing decent, stable shoes because you’ll be walking on rocks and sand on the way up and when you get to the overlook.

Bailey and Cameron stayed in their casual outfit for the first chunk of time at the overlook. Then they changed into their dressier option for the rest of the session. It’s always nice to have a second outfit to add variety to your photos! Enjoy highlights from Bailey and Cameron’s engagement photos in Zion!
