This Glen Eyrie Castle Wedding in Colorado Springs took place on a warm June day. Glen Eyrie Castle neighbors Garden of the Gods, so driving into the property is breathtaking with the red rocks lining the drive. It’s like driving into a fairytale.
It’s always special to me when people I know ask me to photograph their wedding. Greg owns CrossFit Unknown Element in my hometown of Clovis, NM. That’s where I first got my taste of CrossFit way back in 2014, so I’ve known him for awhile! It’s so awesome to see how happy he is with Tracey and to have been a part of their wedding day!
As a Colorado Springs wedding photographer it was exciting to get to photograph a wedding at this incredible venue. Being able to get ready in a castle for your wedding day takes the experience to another level. Watching Tracy walk down the stairs with her Dad on the way down the aisle was breathtaking for everyone to watch. Glen Eyrie Castle has a ton of great spots for wedding party and bride and groom photos too. For their reception, guests were taken to a ballroom where they had dinner and then got to dance the night away. For their wedding exit, guests blew bubbles on Greg and Tracey as they walked out. This was the first wedding I’ve photographed with bubbles and I loved how the photos turned out!
Enjoy this wedding at Glen Eyrie Castle!
