This Lyons Farmette Wedding in Boulder was filled with vibrant colors and a laidback vibe. Lyons Farmette is a gorgeous wedding venue near Boulder. They have their own flower farm, tall cottonwood trees, and a small river that runs right through the property.
Alex & Sam emphasized they were having a laidback wedding and wanted to spend as much time as possible hanging out with their family and friends. They did a first look before their ceremony. This allowed time for them to hang out together before the ceremony. It also guaranteed they got solid portraits before the day began. We were able to do portraits again right before sunset. After their first dances I snuck Alex and Sam away towards the flower garden for warm, glowy husband and wife photos. You’ll see below how magical the sun was for us! It was a dreamy moment as a Colorado Wedding Photographer.
These two are major world travelers and are looking forward doing even more travel together as a married couple. Alex even proposed to Sam in Zion National Park. They’ve traveled to places like Indonesia, Iceland, Both of their gifts to each other on their wedding day had to do with trips they had taken together.
Overall, Alex and Sam had a relaxed wedding day spent hanging out with friends and family late into the night.
