These Boulder Engagement Photos at Lost Gulch were complete with gorgeous mountain views and a sweet, loving couple. This was part two of J & L’s engagement session. We started their engagement session at their home with an in home session. Then we drove about 30 minutes into Boulder and up to Lost Gulch Overlook. The weather was perfect and the views from Lost Gulch are unbeatable.

J & L were able to do two different outfits at this location. They started with a casual outfit that was both comfortable and cute! I loved their color choices with the red plaid paired with grey and black. Their second outfit choice was more dressed up for both of them. I always recommend that couples bring and pick at least two to three outfit choices. You never know what outfit might look best in each setting. Plus, you might end up liking photos of yourself in one outfit better than another outfit. Being prepared with outfits will help a ton!

Lost Gulch is a popular spot not only for photographers, but for college students, tourists, and locals. It can be tricky to get solid, safe spots especially on overlook rocks.
