Planning a wedding in Denver, but not sure what Denver wedding venue options are out there? As a Denver wedding photographer, I’ve been able to photograph weddings at several amazing venues. Today I’m sharing five of my favorite Denver wedding venues.
The Manor House is a Denver wedding venue located in the foothills and is about 30 minutes from downtown. This historic mansion has everything you need in one venue. There are gorgeous getting ready spaces for the bride and the groom. Guests get a glimpse of the beauty of the mansion when they first arrive and are led through the mansion to the back yard lawn. Behind The Manor House is a green lawn that is perfect for an outdoor ceremony. Plus, you can even see the Denver skyline in the background. During summer months the outdoor areas serve for the perfect places for guests to enjoy cocktail hour and dinner. When it’s time to turn off the lights and hit the dance floor, their indoor reception space has room for everyone! The Manor House is a dreamy wedding venue you should look into!

Lyons Farmette is an outdoor wedding venue located near Boulder and a short drive from Denver. One awesome thing about Lyon’s Farmette is that it’s an actual working farm! They can provide flower and fresh produce for your wedding. They also have alpacas, chickens, and goats on the property. Once you pass under the giant cottonwood trees that line the stream and the road, the space opens up with a huge lawn. It’s perfect for a dreamy outdoor wedding ceremony. Plus, you can even take photos within their flower garden! Lyons Farmette has two different locations to choose from for your wedding day.
The light during Alex & Sam’s summer wedding at Lyon’s Farmette will always be a magical memory for me. Be sure to check out their wedding day if you want to see what a wedding at Lyon’s Farmette looks like.
Tucked in the foothills of Denver is a modern, white barn wedding venue called The Woodlands. Mountains surround this white barn accented with black trim and touches. You can have an outdoor wedding ceremony with mountain views and then head inside the barn for a party reception. If you’re dreaming of a modern barn wedding in Colorado then The Woodlands is the wedding venue for you! It’s a dreamy location I’d love to photograph a wedding at in 2021.
Blanc is located near downtown and is an eclectic, modern Denver wedding venue. The white interior is a blank canvas for you to design the wedding of your dreams! In the courtyard there are trees and market lights that create a cozy atmosphere for your guests to mingle and enjoy during cocktail hour. Blanc is the perfect venue if you’re envisioning an urban Denver wedding!
Here’s photos from a boho Denver wedding at Blanc I was an assistant photographer for.
Located a short drive south from downtown Denver is a historic barn venue located beside a golf course. The Barn at Raccoon Creek hosts a beautiful red barn with a rustic, yet sophisticated feel. The bridal cottage and barn loft provide the wedding party places to get ready at. After an outdoor ceremony on the lawn, guests can mingle inside and outside the barn for cocktail hour and dinner. Market lights create a cozy feel and magical atmosphere for your barn reception! This is one of my favorite Denver wedding venues that I would recommend over and over again! Take a look at Kat and Luke’s September wedding at The Barn at Raccoon Creek.
